Eleocharis palustris (Spike rush, Painter’s brush)

Eleocharis palustris (Spike rush, Painter’s brush) is a native rush with spikes of pale brown flowers held above green grassy foliage, giving a very natural look for smaller wildlife ponds. It’s quite quick to spread and bulk up and is an easy plant to grow, without being too invasive.

From April to August, single bare root plants or single P9 pots will not be available mail order. Multiples of x 10 bare root plants and various larger potted options may be available all year subject to seasonality.
