Just to let you know my plants were delivered this morning! All arrived in great condition and are now in the pond much to the delight of the resident frog and all 8 million water snails.
I have to say, your customer service is fantastic. It is so refreshing to come across a company that takes the time to contact it’s customers in the way you do. Equally, your carrier is really good unlike some (looking at you Evri). It’s very much appreciated.

My box arrived safely this afternoon. The plants themselves are in lovely condition, I can see the care you took packing them with wet newspapers etc. You have taken more trouble than some of the big nurseries do and the plants have travelled well as a consequence, so thank you.
