Filipendula ulmaria variegata (Variegated Meadow Sweet)

Filipendula ulmaria variegata (Variegated Meadow Sweet) is a variegated cultivar with white, cream or yellow splashes on the dark green leaves and white plumes of scented flowers. It is somewhat prone to reversion so pull off any plain green shoots. It is also less tall and vigorous than the plain green species.
