Just to let you know my plants were delivered this morning! All arrived in great condition and are now in the pond much to the delight of the resident frog and all 8 million water snails.
I have to say, your customer service is fantastic. It is so refreshing to come across a company that takes the time to contact it’s customers in the way you do. Equally, your carrier is really good unlike some (looking at you Evri). It’s very much appreciated.
