Acorus gramineus Variegatus (White variegated Japanese sweet flag) is the green and white variegated form of the species, somewhat shorter and the least vigorous of the three types. One of the very few evergreen water plants. May suffer from a little rust in summer or drier conditions. An excellent edging plant with tough roots to bind loose soil.
