Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides variegata (Crystal confetti) is an attractive creeping plant and has variegated lobed circular leaves. I think it looks best grown out of the water, i.e. not as an oxygenator but as a shallow marginal, but it can also be used as a shallow water oxygenator. Plant 0-25cm deep, height 10cm, spread indefinite.
