Lychnis flos-cuculi White Robin

Lychnis flos-cuculi White Robin is the improved cultivar of the naturally occurring white flowered form of ragged robin and every bit as pretty. If anything it is slightly taller and produces masses of starry white flowers. Keep cutting back faded stems and it will reward you with more flowers; it also comes true from seed. None of the ragged robins are true marginal plants, but they are all happy growing in wet soil provided that the foliage isn’t submerged.
