Nymphaea Alba var rubra: We obtained this variety for the first time in 2018 and it has lovely watermelon red flowers with green leaves. It is the Swedish subspecies of N alba, much used by Marliac, one of the early hybridisers, and we are pleased to find that it is a good vigorous lily with a very strong dark red flower.
