Phragmites australis variegatus is the green and yellow variegated sport of Norfolk reed, and is very attractive and the variegation is strong and stable with little reversion. Certainly worth including in planting schemes on bigger bodies of water and filtration beds, but this plant is very invasive and has sharp roots so is not suitable for small garden ponds.
