Salvia uliginosa (Bog Sage)

Salvia uliginosa (Bog Sage) is a bit of an oddity, a Salvia that is nearly hardy and likes wet conditions! The piercing blue flowers appear very late in October and even November. Protect in very cold weather and take a few cuttings (easy) as a precaution against winter losses.

This plant will rarely be available in potted form by mail order direct from the website but is usually available at the nursery in small numbers. If you are interested in obtaining it by mail order, please email us and we can often oblige. An additional packing and carriage charge may be necessary.
