Zephyranthes candida (Rain Lily/Peruvian Swamp Lily)

Zephyranthes candida is a lovely little plant, this is one of those bulbs that sits dormant during dry seasons then bursts into life and produces white flowers profusely when the rains come. If it’s kept wet it can flower almost any time. It bulks up really rapidly and needs to be constantly divided to avoid the clumps getting congested, causing poor flowering. You’ll get a clump of at least 5 bulbs for each plant purchased.
