Iris virginica Pink Perfection is a cultivar of an American species, with bright pink/mauve coloured flowers and yellow throat accents. It deserves to be a lot more popular; the leaves are broad and virtually evergreen in mild winters and the flowers are stunning, although not prolific. It’s easy and grows steadily without taking over the place.
