Primula prolifera is an evergreen species with great flower power; flowers are a strong lemon yellow and the strong evergreen leaves are bright green. These Primulas are not suitable for standing in water within the pond, but can cope with quite wet ground conditions provided that the crown and leaves are not submerged. Their ideal position would be light shade and moist soil.
